GOD’S DESIRE FOR HIS CHILDREN IS FULLNESS OF JOY

Joy (chara) is a greek noun which describes a feeling of inner gladness, delight or rejoicing.

When was the last time you rejoice? and what’s the reason of it? is it about some things like, gifts? a blast surprise celebration of your birthday? your boss promoted you? or let’s say you have a thing in your mind right now that makes you feel glad or excited about. Well, probably it’s easy for us to be cheerful in times of ups or success 😅 right? it’s also easy for us to laugh, smile, to be kind… but is it just about the things happening around us that gives us gladness in our hearts?

“Joy is not an experience that comes from favorable circumstances but it is God’s gift to believers.”

Joy In Hard Times

Is it really possible for us to be joyful in the midst of trials/challenges in our everyday lives? The answer is YES because joy is a heart issue.

Joy is an inner gladness, a deep seated pleasure. It is a depth of assurance and confidence that ignites a cheerful heart. It is a cheerful heart that leads to a cheerful behavior even we experience trials.

Joy is the deep-down sense of well being that abides in the heart of the person who knows all is well between himself and the Lord.

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
1 Thessalonians 5:16‭-‬18 ESV

Read Philippians 1:12-20. Despite of all the trials, Paul’s response to it is JOY.

Remember that these challenges you have right now is just temporary. 😊

“Therefore let those who suffer according to God’s will entrust their souls to a faithful Creator while doing good.” 1 Peter 4:19 ESV

There is future deliverance 💛

Joy To Live For Christ

For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
Philippians 1:21 ESV

Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in that name.
1 Peter 4:16 ESV

He is your only source of Joy. He is the only one who can satisfy you. And dear 😊 I hope you will not quit. Remember that your hardships will be a testimony of God’s grace 😄

— ❤Btw, this is not only for us 🙂 It’s also for people around us. As members of God’s church, we want to see God’s kingdom advance. Let them see it through us because they need someone who will begin so they can follow. —
